Step Three.
We will provide the client ranch with a quote for the work; including the hourly rate and applicable fees.
Step Four.
We will manage all the logistics with the selected ranch hand so they are well prepared with background of the requirements for the job.
Step Five.
The work is performed by the hired ranch hand.
Step Six.
We will handle all the paperwork after the job is completed. Including invoicing and payments.
Step Seven.
Both ranch and ranch hand are rated for future reviews, projects and hires.
